Hello,
Today we finished going over the classwork from Friday. If you are still finding yourself confused or not totally understanding the process for finding and replacing the direct object noun with the direct object pronoun, please please please come see me! Remember: Rule #1: Always put the D.O.P. BEFORE the conjugated verb. With a negative sentence, the D.O.P. goes between the word "no" and the conjugated verb. Rule # 2: If the sentence is an infinitive construction (Conjugated Verb + Infinitive) you have 2 options: a. place the D.O.P. BEFORE the conjugated verb. or b. place the D.O.P. attached to the INFINITIVE Rule #3: If the sentence is a present progressive construction (-ando, -iendo, -yendo) you have 2 options: a. place the D.O.P. BEFORE the conjugated verb. or b. place the D.O.P. attached to the PRESENT PARTICIPLE. !!OJO!! Do not forget the ACCENT! Buena Suerte, Srta. Cruikshank
